Indulge in the ultimate brunch experience with the “Bubbly Brunch” at the Regent Hotel in Beijing.

Located close to iconic Beijing landmarks such as the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, this hotel brunch features a luxurious atmosphere, a three-course brunch extravaganza, and free-flowing drinks to complement each delectable dish.

One of the highlights of the Bubbly Brunch is the freedom to curate your own dining experience. You will select a starter, second course, and main from the list of options.

Our brunch kicked off with a festival Aperol Spritz to enjoy while we perused the menu and made our choices. There is also a complimentary charcuterie plate that is selected from a trolley cart, as well as a fresh bread basket.

For the starter, I began with the refreshing prawn cocktail, while Nathan went for the creamy and fruit yogurt bowl. After our first Aperol Spritz, then we the Champagne glasses were brought out!

For the second course, I dove into a delightfully runny Eggs Benedict, topped with delicate caviar that adds a burst of flavor with every bite. Nathan chose scrambled truffle eggs, paired with tender asparagus for a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.

And then finally for our main course, I ate the buttered chicken and Nathan chose the salmon, each dish a testament to the culinary expertise of the Regent Hotel’s chefs.

But the feast doesn’t end there!

The chef rolls out a cute dessert trolley at the end of your meal, stacked with various cakes, fruits, chocolates and other sweets. It’s the perfect conclusion to a brunch experience that is nothing short of extraordinary.

Whether you’re planning a romantic date or gathering your closest friends for a weekend treat, the Bubbly Brunch at the Regent Hotel is the ultimate culinary destination in Beijing.

Last but certainly not least, the impeccable service provided by the Regent Hotel staff, including the ever-charming Paolo, ensures that your brunch experience is nothing short of perfection.

So, if you’re ready to elevate your Beijing brunch game and embark on a culinary adventure like no other, make sure to reserve your table at the Regent Hotel!
