I’m Rachel, an American bride-to-be living in Beijing with my British partner. Since we got engaged in October 2023, we have jumped into the adventure of getting married and planning a wedding in China.
After much research, we decided to officially get married in China at the Beijing UK Embassy, have a wedding party with our friends in Beijing, then have another wedding celebration in the UK next year with friends and family outside of China.
